Designed for expression
The idea of a REED space has many guises. It is a chill meet place to have conversations and dialogues. It is a quiet place to focus or get lost in thought. It is a fun noisy place for laughter over a game of ping pong or a puff on the balcony garden.
Essentially, it is a multi-faceted space designed to allow the magic of creativity to take place. The REED space takes a back seat and becomes invisible as the people and their personalities and voices fill the space.
We are consciously exploring ways to create a similar vibe in our collaborative virtual workspace. Because at REED, flexible working arrangements are part of how we work for the foreseeable future.

Motion & Effects Designer
A motion designer and effects powerhouse, Agus has grown into one of our top performers. He is hard-working, resourceful, honest and equipped with unbelievable one liners. Agus is now one of the mainstays in the REED design and delivery team and was one of our three top performers in 2023. Agus has been inducted into the REED fast track programme where he is focusing on elevating his storytelling through motion design capabilities.

2023 was Airin’s year. Her leadership qualities and capabilities shone through and we are now seeing her talent, gregariousness and resilience driving an impressive contribution to the team. Airin is a writer on some of our more high profile projects and is going from strength to strength. Her’s is one of the first names on the team sheet and was one of three inductees into REED’s 2024 Fast track programme.

Domi is our living stress ball. We adopted him from a parking lot in Melawati a few months ago and he has been a part of our team ever since. Our resident rapper, Feeqo is a jokester with unmatched enthusiasm for learning more. He is what we refer to at REED as a T-type. Feeqo shoots, edits, colour grades, does motion graphics on top of illustration and photography. He also writes rap lyrics. A real team player, Feeqo is one of our more exciting talents and an emerging star at REED.

Hasnur brings 17 years of 3D animation experience, covering everything from TV commercials and corporate reels to groundbreaking VR, AR, and holographic projects — even feature films. Known for his laid-back style and collaborative approach, Hasnur makes every project smoother and every idea bigger. When it comes to animation, he’s the creative force you can trust.

Janique, a gym-loving illustrator with a flair for dirty jokes. Her infectious humour keeps us entertained, while the gym serves as an outlet for her high levels of energy. At REED, Janique crafts imaginative illustrations, showcasing a versatile style from playful to intricate. An able writer, Janique also takes on writing duties on some of our projects.

Sam combines strategic thinking with design and creativity, acquired through hard work, resilience and dedication. His designs range from conservative to expressive but always on brand, on strategy and on time. Sam always puts REED’s reputation first, taking things on single-handedly if he feels he has to.
