“Embarking on REED’s 100-posts in 100-days initiative was a journey that transcended mere content creation, unveiling valuable lessons and insights that have become integral to my professional growth. From the onset, the challenge seemed daunting, but the experience of making it happen was nothing short of transformative.

Pulling this off was a major win, especially given a couple of initial hiccups. But, the initiative was more than just a commitment to consistency. It was an exploration of the diverse facets of social media. Each post became a canvas for creativity, a channel for communication and a tool for storytelling. From eye-catching visuals to thought-provoking captions, the process demanded a careful blend of artistry and strategy.

One key revelation was the power of storytelling. Beyond promoting products or services, weaving narratives that resonated with our people on social media created a genuine connection. Whether sharing behind-the-scenes glimpses or highlighting team members, storytelling emerged as a compelling way to humanise our brand and foster a sense of community.

Through this initiative, collaboration emerged as a linchpin. While I led the charge, the support of the team members proved instrumental in overcoming challenges and sustaining momentum. Juggling content across different teams required effective communication and coordination. This collaborative effort not only ensured a seamless flow of content, but also strengthened the sense of shared ownership and achievement.

For me, REED’s ‘100-posts in 100-days’ initiative was not just about meeting a numerical target, it was a journey of self-discovery, a crash course in effective communication and a testament to the dynamic nature of social media. Armed with these learnings, it has become an integral part of my professional toolkit, guiding my approach to content creation, collaboration and adaptability in the ever-evolving landscape of digital communication.”
